Public Works Compliance Services LLC (PWCS) is pleased to provide prevailing compliance support services to companies of all sizes. We are dedicated to assisting contractors to comply with prevailing wage requirements. Whether a project triggers only California prevailing wage requirements, has special funding (Prop 84) or federal funding (Davis Bacon) requiring additional labor compliance requirements, we are prepared to provide complete and competent prevailing services.


We have over 30 years of experience in the field, have written labor compliance plans and we have also implemented project specific training guidelines for dozens of companies, large & small. Our staff comes from the construction industry itself; whether from a public works department or construction accounting we understand work classifications, terminology and web based prevailing wage software which allows us to implement labor compliance efficiently. We are labor neutral and uphold prevailing wage compliance regardless of union affiliation.


Our experienced Payroll Specialists are trained to help you stay compliant with various reporting requirements to include certified payroll filing either electronically or hard copy on State and/or Federally funded projects, customized to fit your contractual obligations. We are also fully trained to assist in filling out various labor compliance forms to include, but not limited to, the DAS-140, DAS-142, CAC 2, Skilled & Trained Workforce reporting, Local Hire reporting, HUD & Section 3 reporting etc.
